Description: The Bridges to Build series, a collaboration between the Heartland National TB Center and the Curry International TB Center, originated on a call to action to focus on cultural and structural humility, as well as meeting patients where they are. This webinar was created for healthcare professionals, tuberculosis survivors and anyone impacted by tuberculosis. It focused on the Asian and Asian American (A/AA) community’s experience, access to care and the quality of care they receive. We shared specific strategies for clinicians and programs to consider so that TB care for A/AA patients can be improved, leading to better health outcomes.
